INFORMATION WE COLLECT

PremieRpet® collects data provided by you when you fill out your user or visitor registration form, including when you participate in surveys, promotions and raffles, receive awards, or purchase products, apply for jobs or internships, participate in Specific Projects, or when you subscribe to our newsletters, download files, send messages to our CSS or share opinions in discussion fora published on PremieRpet® websites and applications. The following data will be collected: Name, ID, TPN, Marital Status, Profession, e-mail address, Telephone number(s), Profession, Age, Gender and Shopping Habits.

Information may also be sent automatically to PremieRpet® when you visit our websites and applications. These include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, data exposed from your browser, data collected by using cookies, pixel tags and other technologies, as well as the date and time of your visit and any pages you may have visited prior to visiting our websites and applications.

 

TRUTHFULNESS OF INFORMATION

You are fully responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of any information or data provided by you to PremieRpet®. We encourage you to keep your data up to date.

 

YOUR INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS

By filling out a registration form on our websites or mobile applications, including when you collaborate in Technical Research Projects, participate in surveys, promotions and raffles, receive awards, apply for job or internship positions, or when you subscribe to newsletters, download files or send messages to our CSS, you agree to share not only your personal data, but also your resumé, opinions, reviews and data provided in product and service surveys with PremieRpet®.

PARTICIPATION IN RAFFLES AND PROMOTIONS, AND PARTICIPATION AWARDS

Should you receive any awards for participation in activities promoted by PremieRpet®, you explicitly agree and consent to public disclosure of your name, city of residence and award and/or token specifications, in compliance with Regulations. Participation in raffles, promotions and receipt of awards will be conditional on prior consent and agreement.

 

PARTICIPATION IN TECHNICAL RESEARCH

Should you collaborate with Technical Research conducted by PremieRpet®, you explicitly agree with this Privacy Policy.

 

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Data you provide on a voluntary basis can be used directly on PremieRpet® websites and applications, to fulfill our legal and contractual obligations, and to:

• Reply to your questions and respond to your requests;
• Send notice containing important information about our websites and applications, modifications of our terms, conditions and policies and/or any other management information;
• Send business information notice we feel to be of interest;
• Send invitations and communicate promotions and other customer relationship management initiatives;
• Enable your participation in PremieRpet® selection processes;
• Enable downloads;
• General business objectives such as data analysis, audit processes, development of new products, refinement of our websites and applications, improvement of our services, identification of usage trends and measurement of communication effectiveness.

 

SENSITIVE INFORMATION

We do not request and encourage you to not provide any sensitive personal information, including: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, criminal record or political party or trade union membership.

 

USE OF WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS BY MINORS

PremieRpet® websites and applications, surveys, promotions, general information and projects are not targeted at and should not be used by minors.  Minors must not provide personal information through our websites and applications. When visiting/using PremieRpet® websites and applications and/or participating in surveys, promotions or projects, users must acknowledge not being under the age of 18. Users may need to inform their date of birth.

 

RETENTION PERIOD

By using PremieRpet® websites and applications or taking part in our surveys, promotions or projects, you allow PremieRpet® to store your data, in line with the terms of this Policy.

PremieRpet® will store your personal data for the period that is necessary to fulfill legal and contractual obligations, exercise the company’s rights, safeguard PremieRpet® legitimate interests, conduct post contract evaluations and confirm/validate our surveys. You may update or cancel your PremieRpet® registration at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws and contractual terms, you may request complete erasure of your personal information from PremieRpet® database.  If you so wish, click here and PremieRpet® will respond to your request within the terms and limits of applicable legislation in order to safeguard the company’s rights and obligations.

PremieRpet® employs procedures and safety systems to protect personal data collected and handled by the company against risks such as loss or unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification or unauthorized disclosure.

Unfortunately, no data collection, processing and storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. PremieRpet® takes the privacy of your personal information seriously. Our data security systems are in compliance with industry standards to ensure customer personal and the company’s data are equally protected.

PremieRpet® employees and contractors hired to provide services related to our websites and applications, who have access to your information, are bound to a confidentiality obligation and must use it only to the extent necessary to fulfill their duties and obligations.

 

WHEN WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED

IV – With other companies in case of corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other total or partial disposition of our business, assets, in order to ensure adherence to the same principles and privacy terms established in this Policy.

 

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

This Privacy Policy does not contemplate and we shall not be responsible for privacy, information or other practices of any other third party, including any third-party website or link to third-party content provided on PremieRpet® website. The inclusion of links to a third-party website on PremieRpet® websites does not mean PremieRpet® endorses that third-party website.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

Whenever personal data are collected, PremieRpet® guarantees the data subject the following rights, in compliance with applicable laws:

• The right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data;
• Access to your personal data;
• The right to have inaccurate personal data rectified, or completed if it is incomplete.
• The right to request anonymization or erasure of unnecessary or excessive data, or of data of used in noncompliance with Privacy Laws;
• The right to request erasure of personal data, unless exceptions provided for in legislation apply;
• The right to request general information;
• The right to request information about entities we share your information with;
• The right to withdraw consent given in any Consent Term, within the limits set by law.

Withdrawal of consent or requests to erase or block data shall not affect data previously handled in our surveys and respective results. Likewise, participation in a PremieRpet® survey or project does not grant you any right of access to data derived from that survey or project.

 

POLICY CHANGES

Our Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time in order to better reflect legal dispositions and market changes, and in particular to enhance protection of your personal data. We are fully committed to keeping our Privacy Policy up-to-date.
